This is probably some species of Monster cricket...interestingly locals call it bade muchwala due to its long antennae...they also say it has a very painful bite...luckily no experience of that ;)

Not too many species in this genus.
Unable to see anything other Schizodactylus monstrosus for India.

Nice Picture of the Monsters' nymph. I had experience with these guys at Shervaroys( Eastern Ghats). Real ferocious monsters with lot of gutts.
